After what has seemed like an abnormally wet cold winter it is now really starting to feel like spring as winter loosens its grasp here in Southern Utah. The forecast looks to be steady and in the low to mid 70’s for the next while. Now that it has warmed up, things like spring break and the 26th annual St George’s Parade of Homes comes into mind. In fact, the 2016 Parade of Homes is starting this weekend February 12 and goes until the 21st of Feb.. This display is worth the travel and the atv riding weather is the icing on the cake!
From what we have read from the reviews, there are some really great homes in this years lineup, in fact there are a total of 28 homes showing this year and it is said to be the best parade of homes St George has had yet. There will be homes from one side of the valley to the other, with homes starting at $319,000.00 and reaching to $3,990,000.00.
All of your main home builders and many of your custom home builders are in this years show and things have an exciting buzz in St George about the Parade this year. These home will be open from 10am to 7pm daily so we know you will need to get off your feet and come ride with us at some point. So if you haven’t made plans during this time period come on down to the parade or if you are already here give visiting us a call and we will go tear it up. With this weather better than its been this time of year in many years why not come to St George and make some planes to see these awesome houses and go out riding with us on a great atv adventure.
