3-Hour ATV & UTV Tour Near Zion National Park

This 3-hour tour covers 14–18 miles of diverse terrain, with plenty of opportunities to stop and take in the views.

Along the way, you’ll:

• Ride through red rock formations and desert landscapes
• Climb partway up the Red Plateau
• Take in views of lakes and surrounding mountain ranges
• See landmarks like Garfield Rock
• Experience sections of soft sand dunes
• Enjoy photo stops and short breaks along the route

This tour is a great option if you want to experience Southern Utah’s off-road terrain without committing to a full-day ride. It’s designed to deliver a mix of scenery, terrain, and guided exploration in a shorter timeframe.

It’s also an excellent introduction to ATV and UTV riding in the area. Many guests start with this experience and return later for a longer, more advanced tour.

• ATV (All-Terrain Vehicle) – These are often called 4-wheelers.
• ATV 2-UP (All-Terrain Vehicle built for 2 people) – This is an ATV that is specially built for two people, passengers must be 10 years old.

UTV (Utility Task Vehicle) – These are also referred to as a Side-X-Side or UTV. Our UTVs hold four people, one driver and three passengers.

This tour is a great fit for first-time riders, families, couples, and anyone looking for a shorter outdoor adventure near Zion. It’s designed to be accessible while still offering an exciting and scenic ride.

Your guide will provide instruction and support throughout the tour, so no prior experience is required.

• All guest must wear closed toe shoes and it is recommended to wear long pants or shorts that cover the knee’s
  
• You’ll definitely want a camera
• We provide water but if you have other non-alcoholic beverages you’d like to bring we typically have cooler space for them.
• A jacket (unless it’s the middle of summer)
• Driver’s license and credit card

All of our tours start at the very southern top of Sand Hollow Road at the water tanks parking lot in Hurricane, UT just outside of Sand Hollow State Park. We are located about one mile from Sand Hollow State Park, approximately 20 minutes from St. George, UT.
